After reading several of the negative complaints, I feel compelled to share my positive experience. I had many issues with a motorcycle I purchased new from a major American motorcycle company. I received their advertisement in the mail. I was reluctant to call. I was not friendly with their law firm. Despite everyone I dealt with being straight forward and acommadating to my requests. krohn&Moss, Ltd. delivered the results I desired. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel very confidented knowing My warranty will be handled to the letter. If not the manufacturer will have to deal with Krohn&Moss. If I'm fortunate enough for them to represent me again.
