I was very satisfied with Krohn & Moss. I never expected to get anything when I started this process. My warranty fixed my problem and I hope that ****** has finally after 4 attempts has fixed my on going problem. So I'm very satisfied with my outcome. This firm explained to me that my time and frustration is worth something even if the Car manufacture has resolved my problem. I highly recommend them they are honest direct and have the consumer's best interest first.
