I have been working with this firm for a couple months now to get an issue resolved with a vehicle that had been back to the dealer for repairs an excessive amount of times. Mr. **** ended up getting the vehicle repurchased by the manufacturer. It was a pleasure working with him during the process and he was always willing to take the time to explain everything fully and take the time to answer my many questions. Highly recommend this firm for your needs.

After reading all of the reviews here, positive and negative, I am baffled by the negative comments! To the people posting the negative comments, you must have not been working with Scott ***** because he is top rate! He went far above and beyond working on my case. He was very prompt in answering my calls/questions and kept me abreast of the progress he was making. And believe me he made diligent progress! I had some reservations just picking a lawyer without knowing about them but I did and I am very happy I did. I was updated on a regular basis by either my lawyer John ** ****** or by another attorney from the Krohn and Moss office in Chicago. I ended with the best results I could have ever imagined with the diligence of these attorneys. Could not be more satisfied with John and the team at Krohn and Moss. My husband and I started working with this firm a couple of months ago, they were always willing to go above and beyoud to answer our questions. I never had to wait long for a reply to any of my questions by email. They have settled our case with a fair offer, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
