While deployed in service to my country, my spouse encountered difficulties with her car (the car would shut completely off while driving) and turned the car into the dealer as per instructions with our warranty. I am very happy that I reached out to Krohn & Moss. Brent was my main point of contact and was very accommodating. I do not speak any legalese, and the staff was very patient as they explained to me all of the steps and processes in a way that I could understand. If Brent was not available i had a list of people that were all familiar with my case and were there to help should i need them. What a great team and a wonderful company to work with.

Krohn & Moss, Ltd did an amazing job for us when we needed help with our lemon car. The process was easy and professional. They asked for some documents to make sure we actually had a case. They then called us and explained the process and possibilites. We had a hard case because we had some mileage on our car; in addition, the stalling was sporadic. I am happy that I filed my lawsuit with Krohn & Moss! I was a bit weary at first, but I went to them after going through such a frustrating time. The first person to contact me was Brent. After our first conversation I ended up working with him and Mohamed. They were patient with me and they always kept me informed. They never backed out and never gave me the runaround either.

If you're anything like me, you were probably weary to even pursue a lawsuit.
