I worked with Krohn and Moss in 2013 to help me deal with a **** ***** I purchased. It's no secret that **** has had significant issues with their "PowerShift" transmission. I made nearly 30 trips to two different dealers to work through this problem (not to mention there was a fuse problem they blew out all of the interior lights). I found Krohn & Moss online after dealing with several issues with ****. Long story short, I had to have my transmission replaced 4 times (along with other issues) on a 2013 **** Fiesta that I bought new. I ended up having a paralegal review my situation after sending over all of the documentation. They were very responsive and told me that I had a likely case with an expected settlement amount based on previous cases. Krohn & Moss, Ltd. was recommended to me when seeking a lawyer to handle my repeat car issues. They were very clear the entire time about the limitations of my case and gave me sound expectations. I must say they delivered on all fronts. Even when I grew frustrated with the process (it's long accept that) the lawyers were able to answer all my questions and work out a deal. In the end we came to a fair deal for everyone involved and I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Krohn and Moss again.
