I used Krohn & Moss for a Lemon Law case here in Florida and I do not recommend them. To start with, they make you pay them before the case is over and it is not true that you are not the one who has to pay their fees. Throughout the case communication was super complicated because they take days to get back to you or just leave you waiting. I also had to send the same documents multiple times. The case is still not finished and I have not received a response from them either.

Do not use them. They were awesome and responsive during the sales process and then once everything was signed they don't care. I turned in my truck 3 weeks ago. Krohn & Moss got paid, but I haven't gotten my money, and worst of all my truck loan is still outstanding. That means I'm still paying interest on a loan that I don't own the vehicle and of course I'll get overage but I still need to keep making payments and I'll be out the interest. Be ware.

Mr. Espeland retained our firm to help him with his Lemon Law claim on October 2. Within approximately 5 months, his case was settled and the settlement was paid. The delay that occurred over the last 2 weeks of finalizing his settlement was out of our control for reasons we repeatedly explained to Mr. Espeland. They’re unprofessional with their clients, I highly recommend to look for a different law firm. Don’t waste your time with these people. Especially some guy name Bob in there, very rude. Don’t take my word for it though try it out yourself. They forget that us clients are the ones paying them. So before you go at me Bob think again!

Have to be on top of them... At end they will sell you out... And keep more than half of your settlement. Oh! Took over 10 month. You do all the work.

Evan Carson, never returned my calls, I always had to call to find out what was going on, once Eric Kaczander, got involved, I was informed with updates. It wasn’t the settlement amount I was looking for but it’s resolved and I’m grateful for Eric and the timeliness fir the closure of this case once he got involved,
Greg worked my case, and the outcome was favorable. My car was problematic, I was receiving extremely poor service from the dealership, and Greg Moss got me the settlement that I feel I was owed. Don’t try to fight these manufacturers on your own, leave it up to the professionals at this firm.
