Called last night about a clogged sewer line. They said they would have a on call plumber call me. An hour and a half goes by and no call. I canceled. Called this morning. They said they would have an on call plumber call. Again hour and a half goes by and no call. I canceled. I call a competitor and get a call from their on call right way. They misinform you of they work they do, don't do the job they said they did and want to charge 8x that amount of what is costs another plumber to do what they should have done the 1st time. I ended up having to call another plumber to do what they were supposed to do 5 days later after their work. I dont recommend at all!!

Unfortunately they came out to our house twice with no luck of fixing the issue. Left us with two options (use bio cleaner for a week In. Hopes it’d get better) or cut into our kitchen ceiling. We got a second opinion from another company and the guy was able to fix our problem within 30 minutes of being here.

Paid $89 for someone to come out and tell me he didn't know what was wrong with my water heater... Said he can try this or he can try that but he's not sure it would fix it.. Wanted 280 bucks to try something you don't think will fix it anyway? No thanks.. Was quoted 4800 dollars for a new water heater install? Very expensive and if you don't use them after their quote you have to pay $90.00 for the estimate.. $343.00 for a 20 minute repair that included 1 elbow and 2 five inch pieces of copper pipe. To be fair the service man was nice but way over priced. Lesson learned will call someone else next time.

They are very overpriced and not service oriented. They installed a new water heater 2 years ago, that was not a pleasant experience. We recently had issues with this 2 year old water heater and were charged $278 for warranty work that took 20 minutes. I am sure AO Smith will compensate them for this work. What a rip off. I will not refer anyone and tell anyone that asks for a plumber not to use them.

I am not happy with the work they did nor how they left my yard, basement, and how they dug up electrical line to my garage and told me it isn't their responsibility to repair it. I will not use them again nor will I refer ANYONE I know to use them.
