Scamming old people is what they are known for.
Tried to scam my 82 year old mother out of 4600.00 Told her everything needed redone in her crawl space I had a friend who is a licensed plumber go check and it was a simple drain that had come apart. He fixed it in 10 minutes

Had a drain issue in basement, was backing up a bit. They came by and Quoted us almost $7000 for “possible roots issue.” Got a second opinion and all they had to do was clean up a soft clog. Everything is fine now. Was a waste of our money calling here. Seemed like they tried to scam us. 0/10 Recommend
$1200 to replace a water heater for labor only is ridiculous. Maybe a 2 hour job... $600 an hour. Water heater is 10 years old. Guy looked at it and said it was junk. All it needed was a thermocoupler. Dont think he even bent down and looked at it. $109 for his expert advice. Thanks alot for nothing.
Fixed floor drain. The price was much more than I thought it should be, but I was leaving town so I had them do the work. They told me that my water softener wasn’t working but they could replace it for $1800. I declined. When I got back , I had my water softener checked and water tested. It was fine!
Called last night about a clogged sewer line. They said they would have a on call plumber call me. An hour and a half goes by and no call. I canceled. Called this morning. They said they would have an on call plumber call. Again hour and a half goes by and no call. I canceled. I call a competitor and get a call from their on call right way. They misinform you of they work they do, don't do the job they said they did and want to charge 8x that amount of what is costs another plumber to do what they should have done the 1st time. I ended up having to call another plumber to do what they were supposed to do 5 days later after their work. I dont recommend at all!!
Unfortunately they came out to our house twice with no luck of fixing the issue. Left us with two options (use bio cleaner for a week In. Hopes it’d get better) or cut into our kitchen ceiling. We got a second opinion from another company and the guy was able to fix our problem within 30 minutes of being here.
