Never finished the job. when I got the bill it stared the pump was put in TEMPORARILY. The tech stated off by inflating travel time 45 minutes to go just under 11 miles. Drove it twice myself. photos taken of times and milage . 19 minutes one time 21 the second. The job was to replace a pump. My septic service diagnosed the issue, you could see the breached wires that were smoking. Terrible service and experience! Our kitchen sink is clogged and their technician refused to unclog it! Instead, he kept trying to upsell services and gave us a ridiculous quote to replace all piping. Left without fixing our issue. Lazy guy and just didn’t want to get his hands dirty. We called them and asked for the manager to call us back and they never did, they just don’t care. All they care is give you BS excuses and take your money. NEVER using them again!
I called about a water heater leak. The first time I called they put the ticket in, and said I would hear back shortly. I never heard, so about 1ish hours later I call again…that ticket was put in, but they didn’t mark it as an emergency after hours. Okay so we remark the ticket as an emergency and send it off. I had them come out about some minor gas line leaks- they quoted over $1000 for a new hookup line to our oven and reseal a connection to the furnace shut off. i could have bought and installed a new oven for less!
Way overpriced for the crappy work that they do! They left our pipes loose and covered up their mistakes with metal plates. They cracked tile in my laundry room, scratched up my toilet seat, and left dirt and mud all over my floors and walls. Absolutely terrible! Would not recommend them to anyone!

I had Arnold & Sons out to clean a toilet drain. Without trying to clean it out, they said I needed to replace the toilet, at a cost of $1,800. They charged me $119 for this analysis. I called a different company and the drain pipe just needed descaling. Works fine now. They also quoted $1200 to replace a kitchen sink faucet and $2400 to install a water softener, where there’d already been one.
I got a $6300 quote for a leaking toilet --a new toilet, sewer line repair / replace and new toilet floor base and old sewer trap removal... was told a 2 person 2 day job. seemed really high but I have no idea how to do it so I almost did it.. wanted $102 a month for 72 months as a payment.. called asking why so high and was told that is just what costs with materials are. they charged $109 just to look at it already so I thought again maybe I'll do it.. called a nother place and they did it all in 1 day with 1 guy plus fi... read more
