Will not recommend or use this company again. I would recommend you check the reviews on yelp, BBB, and google before using their services. I had and am currently having a bad experience. I didn’t receive 2 of my sofa legs that were taken off during my move a week ago. I’ve called several times and now feel like I’m stalking this company to get the items they forgot to give me. Extremely disappointed and upset �.
They bailed on my move for 12-3pm and didn't tell me until 2:30pm. I had to change my flight and book with another company. Then I emailed them and tried to set up time to talk it out and see how they could make a wrong right (mistakes happen). They never called back. Don't book with them.
At first I thought they did okay job, I should have followed my first mind when they didn't make it the day they were suppose to move me, so I had to wait until next day. I would have been still ok with them until I started unpacking & noticed, that one of my two computes towers was missing, & my love seat is tore in back, I paid to have things covered with plastic & it's still tore. This morning I had an 8:30 am appointment to move for for 2-3 hours. Ten minutes before their scheduled arrival, I receive a call saying the movers won't be able to arrive until 12 pm. The man I spoke to only offered an extra mover, no discount for their tardiness. When a company screws over a customer, it's proper to allow the customer to tell you what can be done to rectify, not the other way around. We apologize for the inconvenience to your day, our goal is to meet all of our obligations on time however we fell short of that goal this morning. As the gentleman stated earlier this morning we can still move you this afternoon and provide the extra mover if you haven't found an alternative.
One of their guys stole a tablet and I only got it back because I said I was going to track it. One of the other guys returned it to me but the company still expected me to pay for all the guys time. Don't trust them with your belongings.
