I have not used this company in 3 years, but it's clear that nothing has improved. Aaron Bros moved us from a 2 BR apartment to a 3BR house - they sent 3 less movers than they originally told us. The truck driver sat in the truck and did not move any furniture despite his crew having to work twice as hard. They broke 4 expensive pieces of furniture and scratched 6 doors in our house, causing major, expensive damage.
