I just witnessed a guy threatening to F up a woman who asked them to move up because they were blocking their garage!!! What the hell is wrong with people!???? That’s scary!

We are shocked that this situation occurred and the employee in question was immediately removed from the site and terminated as we have a zero-violence policy. It was an extremely unfortunate and isolated incident.
RecommendedI am so grateful for all the hard work of Greg, Cordell, and Lamonte who moved an absurd amount of heavy dressers, bookshelves, and couches. like...soooo many.. and roughly a billion boxes. And all same day because our other movers had to emergency cancel.. they were so dedicated and kind and understanding and such incredibly hard workers.. seriously, it was like magic. And working with the company office was so wonderful. they were so accommodating and understanding and took such good care of us. I highly recommend!
If you have anything of value, don’t use this company. They only carry the bare minimum of insurance to cover your belongings. They broke a $600.00 vase and only wanted to pay $15.00 for it. They don’t value your items. I’m afraid to check what else is broken.

These guys are the absolute worst. Well almost the worst, Tim's Movers from Craigslist are the real absolute worst. These jokers damaged goods and won't return calls, emails or texts for a reimbursement. They hire goons off the street and call themselves professionals. You'd be better off burning your old stuff and buying all new stuff when you move since your old stuff will be destroyed in the move. And Derrick will lie until his dentures fall out that nothing was damaged. Even with pictures.
Our experience was horrendous! Confirmed the day before-all good. Day of move-NO movers! Repeated phone calls resulting in nothing. After finally reaching someone (they NEVER reached out to us--we kept calling) they told us that they couldn't get people there. All that Derrick could say was he apologized. Nothing else. Really awesome to have Aaron Bros cancel my reservation the day before my move without ever talking to me or emailing me. The only reason I found out was because I e-mailed them to make sure everything was good to go the day before my scheduled move and quickly found out that no, everything was not good to go.
I was told information that wasn't true, i wasn't told information that i needed to know til the day of. I will NOT be using them again.
