Cathy was exceptional in the sale of my condo last month. She jumped through a lot of hoops for me and definitely found the perfect buyer for my situation. This is the 2nd time I’ve had Cathy as my realtor, and if I were still living in Rockford, I’d use her every time I move! That said, if I ever do move back to the area, one of my first calls will be to her.
If a 5 star realtor was the best rating, Dianne Parvin would be a 10 star. Professional, knowledgeable, patient and most of all can sell your home quickly due to her many contacts and customers. In any real estate deal there can be a few bumps in the road, but that is when she removes the bumps and makes it a smooth sailing for her clients. Very grateful for her expertise, caring and “let’s get this done” attitude! Big or small she WILL sell them all!!
