I really needed my sliding doors glass replaced. I had broken it by mistake, trying to get in my van. I locked the keys in the ignition while leaving a funeral the day before service. I called 4 other places before my cousin referred them. I must say I'm grateful to have found them. The quote couldnt be beat, $75. I was quoted $275-$388 from the others. Was recommended by Sutton Ford, easy to find. Reasonable price. Quick installation of our new windshield, looks great. Tech just forgot to replace our antenna..no big deal ran right out to put it back on. Overall was happy with our services. Have another windshield needs replacing will return.
I arrived at about 930 and was out by 1245....I had to wait a few hours but they took care of my windshield with no problem

I was the first customer in the door at 08:30am. Everyone was very cordial and professional. I told them what I needed and told me they could help me. I talked to the technician and he pointed out a couple things. I was comfortable with his explanation. When my car was ready, I mentioned an ad on their website and recieved $5.00 off my bill. This is not my first time going there. They take care of business and they treat you very well. At 9:45am i was done getting in my car. Job well done.
I came in to have my driver side window repaired, This is Chicago and we get crazy cold winters here and during Chicago's recent polar vortex winter, the window slipped off track. I had a good experience and everyone was nice and professional. The only downside was waiting almost 4 hours from the time I walked in til the time I walked out. But you are forgiven. This is Chicago, we're still in the dead of winter so I can just imagine the number of auto repair shops all across this city full of cars that need repairs.😁
