Wait wasn't bad for a Saturday. Liked how they went over items about the car before they started. Excellent service.

I got there a little earlier than I expected. The waiting area is small but it wasn't over crowded. The woman behind the desk was pleasant, she remembered speaking with me and knew what I had come in for. I was told about an hour wait for my windshield to be done it was actually only about 40 minutes. I was impressed. When i was leaving there was a guy making a big fuss about someone taking a park so he blocked a few cars then the owner had a few words with him and closed the gate so I couldn't leave right away but i didnt m... read more
Carrie(receptionist/cashier) and Coco(installer) were absolutely wonderful!
I came in upset about my broken truck window and left smiling because of the quick, quality and affordable service I recieved. I'm usually difficult to impress, but they turned my frown upside down in under 40 minutes, start to finish, thus I would definitely recommend this shop based off my own personal experience. Hopefully I will never need Frank's again, but if I do, I'm on 63rd n Wentworth in a heartbeat. 👍
