Absolutely horrible place. Violated hippa against me and the progress that I made from the place I went to before hand was ruined and this place made me worse than I started. Needs to be investigated and shut down, therapists there should not have jobs and I feel horrible for the kids that I became friends with but had to leave when I got pulled out before my “treatment” ended because even my father saw how horrible this place was. My teen's depression and anxiety only got worse from this place. I was worried from the start about my teen learning worse thing's from other teen's and sure enough she did. Now my teen has been released and told she needs higher level of treatment. How do you take a teen suffering from depression and put her into residential? My child does not need residential and this messed up place is saying she does. After the referral has been made, I and the client are contacted in a couple of days to schedule an intake. I would like to hear Options after the intake is completed so that I can obtain a copy for my records.
terrible. made everything worse, lied about random things, no age groups (mixed 12-18) which makes it weird to talk to others. Do not recommend.
I have nothing but very good things to say about this place! Very good people! Very good at what they do for people in crisis and long term thearapies! I feel very fortunate to have the option of Options.
