Please do not use this law firm they work only to retain attorney fees. They are not in the best interest of the consumer. Please report them to Better Business Bureau for description for the consumer because they work on behalf of the big corporations and not the client

After purchasing my very first brand new model year vehicle, a 2017 Nissan Titan XD I soon thereafter found myself very frustrated by the frequency of visits to the service department soon after purchasing my "NEW"truck. Stay away from this company. When you call, they tell you that you don’t pay any lawyer fees and that they get their fees from the auto company. In lemon law cases when you have a strong case, the auto company usually decides to settle immediately in order for the case not to go to litigation. In my case, ford settled immediately after they received the letter of representation from Krohn and moss. However, they refused to pay the $3500 rate that Krohn and Moss stated on their bill.
