Please do not hire Koch and his team. They do not advocate for their clients especially if you are a landlord. He made me pay my tenant $1,000 for them to leave my properties on top of that pay him and his associates and court fees, lost rents....A disaster. This is predatory behavior preying on innocent clients. Learn from my experience.
Attorney Koch is professional personable has a sense of humor. He’s clear and concise in providing information on a level that can be easily understood. His fees are reasonable and he is willing to work with you offering a payment plan. His staff is professional and attentive. Highly recommended. Charge way too much. I found a different lawyer to handle my case faster and cheaper. This lawyer doesn’t have time. Only wants money and won’t respond. Disputed charges to my bank due to fraud
Very bad experience, he recommended that I sign transfer of ownership "As-Is" when purchasing my house with an agreement that the seller was going to take care of the repairs that the house needed and that were required by the city and that he would put the city code on it At the time of the closing, I say that it was normal in closings, a escrow was done with a certain $$$ everything was going well but then everything turned into a nightmare.
