I had a good experience before the guy that was working on the car and do anyting they thought it was a bad decision he will go to the supervisor and make sure he get permission to do it right we ran into a few problems that was something that was my fault we talked about it and we got it taken care of
I had my side mirror changed. They haf my mirror in stick and was finishwd in about an hour. There were about 8 people that I could see waiting when I came in. The price they quoted on the phone was the price I paid.

Took my car to Frank's to have a windshield replaced which I was satisfied with the work and I left my snow brush with the scraper on end that extended on the passenger side floor because I was using it to brush the glass off the front seats. Didn't think I had to secure the brush but I should've because someone from Frank's stole it right out of my vehicle because it wasn't in my car! They make too much damn money to be stealing little things of that nature so I'm not understanding why! It's the principle of the matter!!!!
I went in to get a side view driver mirror. The mechanic advise me that the power to my other mirror was not working. I let him know it has some issue but I'm well aware of the situation. He just wanted me to be aware that the new mirror might not work. I appreciated it. I told him I need a side mirror
My first car windshield has been broken for a couple of weeks now and I was very unhappy. I've been looking for a place to fix it for a while but most of them were expensive then I found Frank's Auto glass. The price was not only great but the job was well done, it feels like a new car.
They ordered my windshield had it ready the next morning .I had a couple windows done in the past that's why I came back .
