I've been going to Accurate Auto Insurance for years. I always look forward to the great care and service that is provided. Bill has always been amazing and always brightens up my day when I come in to pay! They really help me out today .And they had a smile on their faces when I walked in the door. That answered every question I had which was helpful.
I pay $195 for full coverage for months almost a year and when I get stranded on the side of the road the roadside assistance you have only covers $75 utterly ridiculous when I have to pay $250 out of pocket look yall take my money no problem but when I need help with the car I pay for yall don't wanna help its very humiliating and insulting. Please do better for your "valued" customers this is how you lose them.
