Wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was professional, highly knowledgeable, and super friendly. I participated in the Austin Energy program which is also wonderful. It’s been over a year now so I’ve had a full baking summer and one winter ice event. My 1982 house that had little insulation left in it before 1st Choice fixed everything, stayed SO toasty warm I had to keep checking the thermostat to make sure it wasn’t broken! First Choice Energy provided new AC ducts and smart thermostat plus new insulation and general sealing of doors and under cabinets through the City of Austin weatherization program. They did an excellent job. Their technicians were courteous and careful at my home. Work was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them!
They came out and did a great job. My wife still comments on how tough it is to open the door. But it’s because the weather stripping is so good. They also did a great job in the attic because we needed new insulation and a return air. The improvement upstairs was noticeable right away and that is where it was always hot in the summer. While doing the work they were professional and kept the house clean. We appreciate everything that you did.
