Bill and his team with 1st Choice Energy did such an amazing job with my new HVAC system. Bill was the most knowledgeable, attentive, and professional of the 4 companies I got bids and spoke with. He knew and navigated the City of Austin energy rebates and zero interest programs, making it affordable and stress free for me! I highly recommend Bill and the team at 1st Choice, can't say enough great things about the experience with using them
I needed to have additional insulation added to my attic and I had a 12/10 experience with 1st Choice (I selected them through Austin Energy's rebate program). After being fumbled by two companies I initially tried to work with, I’m very glad I ended up working with 1st Choice. Bill, my service rep/project manager, was so wonderful to work with. I signed up for the Austin Energy In-Home Energy Assessment and found that I needed more attic insulation, leaky ducts sealed, and our building envelope sealed. After getting 3 bids from participating contractors, I decided to go with 1st Choice Energy. And I'm very glad I did. I worked with Bill Cook through the whole process, and I can't recommend Bill and 1st Choice Energy enough. Bill was super responsive and great to work with, answering all my questions and concerns over email, text, or phone quickly and thoroughly... read more
My house is ready for the years to come with clean air and energy window screens! All done for Free! Worked with professionals and are sooo nice !👍 My neighbor had her HVAC ducks clean along with new insulation done and is so happy . That How I learned of 1st Choice Energy.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was professional, highly knowledgeable, and super friendly. I participated in the Austin Energy program which is also wonderful. It’s been over a year now so I’ve had a full baking summer and one winter ice event. My 1982 house that had little insulation left in it before 1st Choice fixed everything, stayed SO toasty warm I had to keep checking the thermostat to make sure it wasn’t broken! I stay cooler longer in the summer which helps my electric bill. I highly recommend t... read more
